23.2 Except normally specified, any dispute, controversy, variance or assert arising out of or associated with these Conditions, such as the existence, validity, interpretation, functionality, breach or termination thereof or any dispute relating to non-contractual obligations arising away from or concerning these Phrases, will be referred to and
